Salted product that requires a short aging period, the ham is obtained from fresh pork thigh, and precisely from the pork knuckle, which has a characteristic rounded shape.
After being cut, the ham is salted using spices, salt and flavourings. A popular product appreciated especially for its fragrance and low fat content.
